Warehouse Officer at Vendease

Job Summary

As Warehouse Operations Analyst at Vendease, you will be responsible for packaging, loading and unloading products at the Vendease Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, unloading, counting, and stocking physical inventory in the warehouse
• Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of products meets customers’ expectations
• Ensure products are dispatched as communicated or updated to the CX team
• Inspect & report damage or discrepancies, while receiving & retrieving stock
• Ensure adequate record keeping & manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels
• Keep a clean & safe working environment and optimize space utilisation
• Follow quality service standards & comply with procedures and rules
• Supervise loading and unloading operations
• Check and verify products in the warehouse periodically
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
• Maintain items record and document necessary information 
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Competent computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with inventory software, and able to upload data into the company system
• Able to work independently
• Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory
• Highly organised and able to store items efficiently
