Job description

• Receives and maintains details inventories of materials and supplies located in the company’s Warehouse.
• Maintains required stock of materials to optimize production.
• Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of the warehouse.
• Adhere to quality and safety codes; implements subsequent changes to processes.
• Fill requisitions, order or request for raw materials, tools or other stock items.
• Move materials off racks and package for dispatch
• Place materials on pallets/shelves for distribution
• Records quantity/amounts of materials or items received
• Maintains materials/facilities and records
• Sorts materials according to size, type, color or code
• Compile inventory balances and price lists
• Track expiry dates on items
• Identify damage, loss or surplus of materials in warehouse
• Comply with company inventory management standard
• Compile activities reports
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
