Summary

• We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to oversee daily inventory operations, manage stock movement, and ensure smooth logistics execution.
• Handle receiving, dispatching, record-keeping, and maintain warehouse organization

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize stock for optimal space utilization and quick access.
• Prepare orders for delivery, coordinate with delivery team, and ensure accurate order picking, packing, and labeling.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the Warehouse and perform regular physical stock counts (cycle counts/audits).
• Inspect incoming/outgoing goods for damage, report discrepancies, and strictly enforce warehouse protocols and standards.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in any relevant discipline
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or inventory control.
• Proficiency with microsoft office suites
• Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, clear communication, and solid problem-solving skills.
