Warehouse Manager (Raw & Packaging Materials – RMPM) at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the storage, handling, and distribution of raw and packaging materials.
• The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, fleet coordination, and compliance with safety and operational standards within an FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan warehouse layout and optimize storage space utilization.
• Manage daily warehouse operations for raw and packaging materials.
• Oversee warehouse facilities, equipment, and company-owned fleet.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and material movement.
• Analyze and present warehouse and inventory reports.
• Drive compliance with warehouse procedures and safety standards.
• Lead, develop, and supervise warehouse personnel while maintaining discipline.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure uninterrupted production support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Warehousing, Purchasing & Supply, Economics, Statistics, or a related Social Science discipline.
• 7 – 12 years of warehouse experience, including at least 5 years in a similar managerial role.
• FMCG industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and data presentation skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and leadership ability.
