Warehouse Manager at Daily Need Distribution Company

Job Description

• Inventory management on ERP (Receivables and insurance of stocks to customers via invoice on ERP).
• Sending of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Logistics Manager (DIMS, IRA, KPI BOARD etc.).
• Daily reconciliation of stock card with ERP.
• Administration of quickbooksand accurate reporting.
• Regular inventory check (Monitoring of daily cycle count, weekly and monthly count).
• Escalation of products close to expiry (minimum of eight months to expiration).
• Adhering to company’s SOP.
• General administration of warehouse activities including coordinating warehouse assistants and stockhandlers.
• Excellent transport planning for efficient delivery (Route Plan).
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the management.

Minimum Requirements

• Candidates should possess a BSc / HND.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics or FMCG is required.
• Must be a matured, responsible and well mannered
• Computer literacy is a must.
