Job Summary

• This position is to efficiently oversee and coordinate all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods.
• This role aims to optimize warehouse space and workflow, maintain inventory accuracy, and enforce strict safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.
• Manage and lead warehouse staff; schedule, train, and evaluate team performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory control through regular audits and recordkeeping.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize space and workflow.
• Enforce safety and security policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and delivery providers to ensure timely shipments.
• Monitor warehouse equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse activities and key performance metrics.
• Resolve issues related to damaged or missing inventory and shipment discrepancies.

Specific Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Ensure operational efficiency in warehouse processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and order fulfillment.
• Lead and develop warehouse teams for optimal performance.
• Enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
