Job Summary:

• The Warehouse Operations & Logistics Manager will oversee the efficient management of the company’s warehouse and logistics functions. This role ensures timely movement, storage, and handling of event equipment and materials, while optimizing processes for cost, speed, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of equipment and event materials.
• Manage logistics planning and execution for events, ensuring timely delivery and setup.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track equipment, supplies, and assets.
• Develop and enforce warehouse and logistics policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to streamline operations.
• Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse and logistics staff to enhance productivity and accountability.
• Handle reporting on inventory, operational issues, and logistics performance to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably within the events or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse operations, and logistics planning.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work onsite and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred:

• Experience handling logistics for large-scale events or productions.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
