Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse and Fulfilment Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient stock storage, accurate inventory control, secure handling of goods, and timely deliveries and transfers to our boutiques.
• This role requires strong operational leadership, accountability, and a commitment to minimizing losses while maintaining high standards of efficiency and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Ensure proper stock management and accurate inventory records
• Supervise deliveries and transfers to boutiques, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
• Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard inventory
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock audits
• Develop and enforce processes to prevent shrinkage, losses, and discrepancies
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance
• Prepare operational and inventory reports for management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and stock management processes
• Demonstrated ability to reduce losses and improve operational efficiency
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
