A Warehouse Executive plays a key role in managing the efficient operation of a warehouse, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and distributed smoothly and safely. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to coordinate effectively with various departments. 

Job Description: 

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Oversee and manage the inventory, ensuring all stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
• Monitor stock rotation and arrange for replenishment when necessary.
• Perform regular stock checks and maintain inventory records to prevent discrepancies.

Order Processing:

• Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Manage and coordinate order dispatch and delivery schedules.
• Process incoming orders, verify items, and ensure proper documentation.

Warehouse Organization & Layout:

• Optimize storage layouts for efficient space utilization and ease of access.
• Oversee the labeling, storage, and arrangement of items within the warehouse.
• Ensure all products are stored in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Team Supervision:

• Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they understand their tasks and responsibilities.
• Provide training on warehouse operations, safety protocols, and inventory management.
• Monitor team productivity and performance, addressing any issues or needs for improvement.

Safety & Compliance:

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and operational.
• Ensure all warehouse operations are compliant with local laws, regulations, and company policies.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations, inventory status, and staff performance.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, returns, and damaged goods.
• Work closely with procurement, logistics, and other departments for efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a related role.
• Knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems).

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and data analysis skills for inventory tracking.
• Physical stamina to lift and move stock items, as required.
