Warehouse Clerk at Lumos

About the Role

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Warehouse Clerk to support inventory management, stock documentation, warehouse operations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and document incoming stock
• Issue stock to authorised partners/customers and maintain accurate records
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
• Monitor defective, returned, and test units and ensure proper documentation
• Maintain FIFO inventory practices and organised storage
• Attend to walk-in customers and provide basic troubleshooting support
• Manage warehouse documentation, emails and operational records
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, secure and well organised
• Support the Community and Operations teams with stock and administrative tasks
• Protect customer, partner and inventory information

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / NCE in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting or a related field
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, retail or customer service is an advantage
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and integrity
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently
• Ability to handle routine warehouse duties and stock

Remuneration

• Monthly Net Salary: ₦95,000
• Quarterly Incentive: ₦72,000
