Job Summary

• The Warehouse Assistant supports day-to-day operations by receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against delivery documents.
• Unpack, sort, label, and store goods in the designated warehouse areas.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to packing lists or instructions.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock audits.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements using inventory systems or manual logs.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or stock shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

• OND, SSCE, Preferably
• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is an advantage.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills or experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Team player with good communication skills.
