Warehouse and Logistics Manager at OnePyramid

• The successful candidates will ensure the efficient management of inventory, transportation, and distribution to meet business objectives while maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the daily operations of warehouses, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Develop and implement strategies for inventory control, warehouse layout optimization, and stock accuracy.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, route planning, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards across all logistics and warehouse activities.
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and align inventory levels.
• Lead and motivate warehouse and logistics staff to achieve operational targets and uphold company values.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to achieve cost efficiency.
• Handle escalations related to logistics challenges and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, logistics performance, and cost analysis for senior management review.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record in warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize processes and drive cost savings.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CPIM or CSCP).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
