Key Responsibilities

Guest Service and Order Management:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a positive and professional attitude.

Restaurant Operations:

• Prepare dining areas before and after service, including setting tables and maintaining cleanliness.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to accommodate new guests.
• Assist in other operational duties, such as restocking supplies and cleaning common areas.

Team Collaboration:

• Work as part of a cohesive team to ensure all operational tasks are completed.
• Maintain effective communication with all restaurant staff to prevent errors and delays.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in a serving or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
• A polite, patient, and friendly demeanor.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays.
