Waitress / Server at Winnys Meal Limited

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction.
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).
• Offer menu recommendations upon request.
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate.
• Take accurate food and drinks orders, using an order slip or by memorization.
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff.
• Serve food and drink orders.
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests.
• Play an important role in guest satisfaction as they are also responsible for checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 2 years work experience.
