Waitress and Housekeepers at Rekopel Resources Ltd

Due to our expansion,we are looking to hire  Waitress  Housekeepers with requisite job experience to deliver exceptional service to our guests. The WAITRESS must be  able to anticipate the needs of customers and provides all services in a friendly manner.

SHE must have:

• Basic knowledge of bar menu items and recipes (different types of beers and mixed drinks)
• Should have some experience making Mocktails/ Cocktails
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Endurance to walk and stand for long hours description
• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
• Inform customers about the day’s specials
• Offer menu recommendations upon request
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
• Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Take accurate food and drinks orders, Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
• Serve food and drink orders
• Follow all relevant health and regulations

The ideal HOUSEKEPER  shall be responsible for:

• Cleaning guest room of dirt's, dust, marks stains, smell and any irritating objects.
• Removing dirty towel and linen as well as cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Removing rubbish and debris from room and common areas.
• Responsible for removing used amenities and reporting any maintenance issues,damages and equipment malfunctioning.
• Responsible for replenishing supplies such as guest toiletries and waste be bag.
• Only candidates residing within Festac,OKOTA and Amuwo Odofin area of Lagos should apply.
