Job Summary

• We are looking for a courteous and efficient Waitress to provide excellent customer service to guests.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options
• Take accurate customer orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and according to service standards
• Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints where necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas
• Process bills and handle payments accurately
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented approach
• Basic numeracy skills for handling bills and payments
• Neat appearance and professional demeanor
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
