Job Summary

• To provide exceptional customer service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests:

• Welcome guests, take orders and serve food and beverages.
• Provide menu information, make recommendations, and answer questions.

Take orders and manage tables:

• Accurately take orders, manage tables, and ensure timely service.
• Communicate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure efficient service.

Serve food and beverages:

• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure orders are accurate and complete.

Handle payments and transactions:

• Process payments, handle cash, and credit card transactions, and operate a point-of-sale system.

Maintain a clean and safe environment:

• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Provide excellent customer service:

• Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
• 2 - 5 years of work experience.

Requirements:

• Previous waiting experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and accuracy with orders and payments
• Knowledge of food and beverages (preferred)
• Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
