YellowDoor Hotels is a boutique hotel in Abuja built for business executives and discerning leisure guests. The Living Room, our restaurant and bar, is where that promise is kept plate by plate. We're hiring 3–5 waitstaff who move with quiet confidence, read a room before it asks anything of them, and take genuine pride in flawless service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, seamless table service across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
• Anticipate guest needs and upsell menu offerings without being prompted
• Set tables, take orders, and handle trays to full hospitality standards every shift
• Communicate clearly with kitchen, front desk, and colleagues to keep service flowing
• Own your section completely-no waiting to be told what needs doing
• Maintain composure, accuracy, and warmth during peak service periods

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience
• Table setup and service sequencing
• Order-taking accuracy
• Tray handling
• Guest-facing communication
• Upselling technique
• Shift readiness across multiple service periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Nigerian regional cuisine
• Experience in a premium or boutique hotel setting
• Basic food and beverage pairing knowledge
