Volunteer Trainer at Brave Achievers

Job Brief

• We are a non-profit organization seeking volunteer trainers for our yearly free Africa Bootcamp. Over the years we have trained over 200 Africans in UX/UI Design, Agile Project Management and Technical Writing for free.
• We are seeking skilled individuals in UI/UX Design, Technical writing and Agile Project Management as trainers, who will be working remotely from any part of Africa.
• If you have great expertise in any of these fields and some experience training people, this may just be a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Training Bootcamp participants two hours per day, for a minimum of six week
• Testing the understanding of participants on lectures delivered at intervals
• Scoring/awarding points on tests and badges won in class.
• Assisting participants to understand their line of course during lectures and supervise them during their Capstone project period.

Skills Required

• A minimum of 3 years experience in the chosen field
• Experience in training people is an added advantage
• An African resident in Africa.
• Must be a Graduate.
• Expert in UI/UX, Technical Writing, or Project Management.
• Have great communication skills in the English language.
• 2 hours per day for a minimum of six weeks.
• Ability to manage a class effectively
