    Volunteer Business Developer

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Volunteer Business Developer to join our team and help drive the growth and expansion of our startup.
    • As a Volunteer Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and increasing our market presence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and Research Potential Clients:Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries that align with our target market. Utilize various channels such as online research, networking events, and industry publications to identify new business opportunities.
    • Build and Maintain Relationships:Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Initiate contact, schedule meetings, and follow up to build rapport and establish trust.
    • Pitching and Presentations:Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services and highlighting the value proposition we offer.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, addressing their needs and concerns while advocating for mutually beneficial agreements. Work towards closing deals and securing contracts.
    • Collaboration with the Team:Collaborate with the technical team to understand our capabilities and offerings, ensuring alignment between client requirements and our solutions.
    • Market Analysis and Strategy:Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments. Use insights to develop strategies for business growth and expansion.
    • Reporting and Analysis:Track and analyze key performance metrics related to business development activities. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with software development industry trends and technologies is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
