Responsibilities

• Assist IT Managers to determine the company’s networking needs.
• Analyze existing VoIP networks and computer systems.
•  Develop architecture plans for voice and data services.
•  Install network hardware modules including IP and PBX communication servers.
•  Design and implement Cisco Unity systems.
•  Troubleshoot VoIP network issues.
•  Manage policies and procedures creations and distribution in reference to all VolP equipment.
• Analyze and upgrade network security systems and protocols.
•  Add network users and manage company permissions.
•  Optimize network installations for future expansion. 
• Train staff on network and system protocols.

Role Requirements

Academic/Professional:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Work experience: 2 years
•  Previous experience working as a VoIP Network Engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of VoIP systems and IP Protocols.
• ·Knowledge of hardware systems including servers, memory modules, processors, and peripherals.
•  Detailed knowledge of network security systems and software.
•   Good project management skills.
•   Familiarity with WAN and LAN systems.
•   Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Renumeration

#120,000 - #150,000 per month
