Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visual Merchandising Lead, based in Lagos.
• The Visual Merchandising Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing creative and effective visual displays that align with the brand identity and maximize product appeal.
• Key tasks include analyzing store layouts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, executing seasonal merchandising plans, and training in-store teams on display standards.
• The role requires maintaining consistency across multiple store locations while monitoring and improving customer engagement through strategic visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Experience to ensure a world-class shopping experience for clients
• Experience in Retail Sales and Sales with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through effective merchandising
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and provide clear directions to team members
• Proficiency in visual merchandising principles and design aesthetics
• Proven ability to manage multiple stores and projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in fashion retail or merchandising is advantageous
• Strong organizational
