Visual Content Producer at LiDA Digital Agency

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Visual Content Producer who can turn real people, brands, business moments and client stories into high quality visual content.
• This is not an editing-only role. You will be expected to think creatively, plan shoots, capture strong photos and videos, edit professionally, and deliver content that serves a clear communication or business purpose.

What You Will Do

• Plan and execute photo and video shoots for Lida and client accounts.
• Capture corporate portraits, events, interviews, products, behind-the-scenes moments, business interactions and lifestyle content.
• Produce polished talking-head interviews, social media videos, campaign content, event recaps and brand films.
• Edit photographs to a high professional standard using strong retouching, colour correction and composition.
• Edit video content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, presentations and other digital platforms.
• Apply professional colour grading, sound cleanup, captions, pacing and visual storytelling.
• Develop shot lists, simple storyboards and visual treatments before key shoots.
• Work closely with the Brand, Growth and Account teams to understand the purpose of every piece of content.
• Organise, back up and maintain photo, video and project files for easy future use.
• Support content capture during client meetings, events, activations and other field assignments.
• Maintain high standards for equipment handling, file management and timely delivery.

What We Are Looking For

• A strong portfolio or showreel that demonstrates photography, videography, editing and visual storytelling.
• Proven ability to independently handle a project from planning through shooting and final delivery.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting and basic audio recording.
• Confidence shooting both photo and video in corporate, event, interview, product and lifestyle settings.
• Strong photo editing skills using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, or similar professional tools.
• Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
• Experience creating content for social media, especially vertical video formats, without sacrificing quality.
• Good eye for detail, colour, framing, pacing and brand consistency.
• Ability to work fast when required, while protecting quality.
• Clear communication, professionalism and comfort working directly with clients and team members.
• Willingness to work on location across Abuja when required.

Added Advantage:

• Experience with motion graphics, simple animation or graphic overlays.
• Drone filming experience.
• Experience producing content for professional services, corporate brands, founders or business leaders.
