Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and discreet? We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Personal Assistant to support a busy professional with a wide range of personal and administrative responsibilities. This remote role requires occasional site visits within Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Virtual Shopping: Manage online purchases (groceries, clothing, accessories, personal items)
• Calendar & Appointment Management: Schedule meetings, send reminders, coordinate logistics
• Communication Support: Make calls, send emails, follow up on tasks
• Task Coordination: Organize errands, arrange deliveries, conduct occasional site visits in Lagos
• Administrative Duties: Maintain records, organize digital files, assist with documentation
• Ad-hoc Support: Handle other personal, business,  or logistical responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Residency in Lagos, Nigeria
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working remotely and conducting occasional in-person visits
• Proficient with email, calendars, and online shopping platforms
• Trustworthy, professional, and emotionally intelligent
