    Virtual Assistant

    Role Overview

    The Virtual Assistant at Crescita Solutions will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing high-level administrative, organizational, and communication support to executives and teams. This position demands someone who is proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and discretion.

    The role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks, as the Virtual Assistant will act as a central point of coordination for scheduling, email management, data organization, and client communication. They will also support project tracking, prepare reports, and assist in research to help leadership make informed decisions. Given the remote setup, the ideal candidate should be highly self-motivated, tech-savvy, and comfortable using collaboration tools to stay aligned with cross-functional teams.

    In addition, the Virtual Assistant will be entrusted with handling confidential information with integrity, making sound judgments, and anticipating the needs of executives. By streamlining workflows and reducing operational bottlenecks, this role contributes directly to the efficiency and growth of the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage emails, calls, and calendars for executives.
    • Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
    • Conduct basic online research and data entry.
    • Handle client communications and follow-ups.
    • Support social media or content scheduling when required.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a VA or administrative assistant.
    • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
    • Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Based in Nigeria with stable internet connectivity.
