    VIP Sales Lead

    About the Role

    • Your mission is simple but high-stakes: lead a team of Gladiators to sign up and activate Whales & VIP Traders on Quidax.
    • We define a VIP as anyone trading $1,000,000+ per month in trading volume, either on Spot or P2P. You’ll not only lead — you’ll lead from the front, showing your team how it’s done: sourcing, engaging, and converting high-net-worth, crypto-native traders into loyal Quidax VIPs.
    • VIP traders are the backbone of exchange volume and liquidity.
    • As the VIP Sales Lead, you’re not just chasing targets — you’re building the engine that powers Quidax’s next phase of growth.

    What You’ll be Doing

    By Month 3:

    • Lead the team to generate $30M in monthly Trade Volume from new VIPs closed in that quarter
    • Lead the team to build a pipeline of at least 3000 qualified leads (crypto-native, trading $1M/month).
    • Lead the team to Onboard 30 new VIPs monthly (minimum $1M in monthly trading volume each).
    • Design and implement a clear, scalable team structure for consistent VIP acquisition

    By Month 6:

    • Sustain a run rate of 30+ new VIPs monthly, adding $30M+ in average monthly new trade volume.
    • Optimize outbound and referral conversion playbooks.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, VIP Account Management and Product to tailor offers and fee deals that close VIPs and retain them.

    Month 12:

    • Establish growth and performance paths for Sales Associates and Executives.
    • Drive a high-performance, competitive, and data-driven sales culture.
    • Build a team of consistent top performers who deliver both individually and collectively.

    Biggest Challenge You’ll Tackle

    • Finding and engaging crypto whales, OTC traders, P2P merchants, and HNIs.
    • Running bold, data-driven outbound campaigns and building trust from cold outreach.
    • Negotiating fee deals and trading incentives that win long-term relationships.
    • Managing your pipeline, close rates, and volume targets with precision.
    • Maintaining relentless pace and energy, you’re leading from the front.

    Who We’re Looking For

    • 6+ years in high-value sales (crypto, financial services, or other high-ticket industries).
    • 3+ years managing a sales team (4–10 reps).
    • Proven track record of driving measurable growth and exceeding revenue targets.
    • Excellent relationship builder, negotiator, and value-based seller.
    • Operates like an athlete — competitive, numbers-driven, thrives in high-performance settings.
    • self-starter who creates momentum, not waits for it.
    • Bonus: Prior experience working with crypto traders, funds, or OTC desks.
