Who we are looking for?

• We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Videographer to join our creative team. If you have a keen eye for detail, exceptional technical skills, and a creative mindset, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Pre-production Planning: Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute compelling video concepts, storyboards, and shot lists.
• Camera Operation and Lighting: Capture high-quality footage using professional-grade cameras and lighting equipment to achieve desired visual aesthetics.
• Footage Selection and Organization: Review and select the best shots to tell a cohesive story, ensuring all footage is properly organized and stored.
• Video Editing: Edit video content efficiently using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, incorporating effects and transitions to enhance the final product.
• Color Grading and Correction: Enhance video quality through meticulous color grading and correction using Adobe color panel. Additional proficiency in Davinci Resolve is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure all video content meets quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines, paying close attention to details such as continuity, framing, and audio quality.
• Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, clients, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver content that exceeds expectations.
• Creative Thinking: Bring innovative ideas to the table, contributing to the development of engaging and memorable video content.
• Problem-solving: Troubleshoot technical issues and adapt to unexpected challenges, ensuring smooth production processes and timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a videographer or similar role
• Portfolio showcasing creative and technical video projects
• Proficiency in camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects
• Knowledge of color grading and correction techniques using Adobe Color Panel
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
