Job Description

• Plan, shoot, and edit videos for property tours, promotional campaigns, and social media content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual narratives that align with brand objectives.
• Utilize drones, cameras, and other equipment to capture high-quality footage.
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using video editing software.
• Stay updated on video production trends and technologies to ensure innovative content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years proven experience as a Videographer with a portfolio of past work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording techniques.
• Experience with drone operation for aerial footage (certification is a plus).
• Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
