Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in producing high-quality video content to enhance our property marketing and brand visibility.

Responsibility

1. Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality videos of properties, client testimonials, and promotional content.
2. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize creative video concepts that align with brand objectives.
3. Operate drones to capture aerial footage of properties (certification and experience preferred).
4. Edit raw footage into compelling video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
5. Capture high-quality photos of properties to complement video content.
6. Maintain video and photography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
7. Stay updated on trends in real estate videography and provide insights to enhance the company’s visual marketing strategy.
8. Deliver projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality.
9. Create short video clips for social media platforms, optimized for engagement.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a videographer, preferably in the real estate sector or a related industry.
2. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
3. Knowledge of photography and video equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and drones.
4. Strong storytelling and creative skills with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to capture the essence of properties.
6. Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
