• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to plan, shoot, and edit video content for training programs, e-learning modules, and educational resources.
• Translate training and educational objectives into compelling visual stories and video content.
• Ensure that video materials align with learning objectives and instructional design principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Film, Media Production, Education, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Videographer, with a portfolio showcasing educational or training-related video projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning tools (a plus).
• Excellent storytelling and creative skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition.
• Effective communication and project management skills
