Job Description

• We’re looking for a visual storyteller—someone who sees moments before they happen, frames stories instinctively, and edits with emotion, rhythm, and purpose.
• If you think in shots, sequences, beats, and narratives—and you’re bored of cookie-cutter content—this role is for you.
• If you can make maintenance "sexy", you are the one.

What You’ll Create

• Short-form, scroll-stopping videos for online and traditional media exposure including podcast recording
• Corporate stories that don’t feel corporate
• Brand films, behind-the-scenes content, event highlights
• Content that makes people stop, watch, and remember
• You’ll own the full journey: concept → shoot → edit → create.

Your Playground (What You’ll Do)
Shoot:

• Capture cinematic and dynamic footage (not flat, not boring)
• Play with angles, movement, lighting, and sound
• Turn everyday moments into compelling visuals

Edit:

• Transform raw footage into punchy, emotional, or powerful stories
• Add rhythm, motion, captions, sound design, and subtle effects
• Adapt content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and internal platforms

Create:

• Bring ideas to the table—we want your brain, not just your hands
• Challenge briefs and suggest better visual approaches
• Experiment, iterate, and push creative boundaries.

Who You Are

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years experience.
• A creative thinker who loves visual storytelling
• Comfortable breaking rules (when it serves the story)
• Skilled in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.)
• Strong eye for composition, pacing, and emotion
• Can manage deadlines without killing creativity
