Job Description:

• We are seeking a talented and motivated Video Editor Intern to join our creative team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and objectives
• Edit and assemble recorded footage into engaging videos with attention to pacing, timing, and storytelling
• Enhance video content through colour grading, sound design, and other post-production techniques
• Incorporate graphics, titles, and visual effects to enhance the overall quality of videos
• Ensure video projects are delivered on time and meet established deadlines
• Maintain organised video assets and adhere to file management best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve editing skills

Qualifications:

• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects software is a plus
• Strong storytelling and creative abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
• A portfolio or samples of previous video editing work would be highly advantageous

Duration and Compensation:

• This is a part-time internship position, expected to last one year.
