Responsibilities

• Create, edit, optimize and publish videos on different social media platforms, such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Capture and edit footage using specialized software.
• Combining raw footage from different sources and shoots to create a coherent story.
• Select clips, music, and sound effects to enhance videos.
• Develop and execute marketing plans and creative strategies for social media platforms.
• Researching on the key SEO terms and implementing them in the content to gain maximum exposure.
• Supervising and managing all technical aspects of editing and video recording
• Developing and managing the brand’s social media identity
• Managing a social media content calendar
• Increasing social media engagement across platforms
• Building and moderating social media communities by responding to comments and keeping members engaged.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
• Good knowledge in film, cinematography, or a related field with at least 3 years working experience
• Experience as a video editor and social media manager
• Must be able to use a camera to take photos and videos
• Ability to turn a concept into compelling content
• Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms
• Practical experience with After Effects and editing software
• Must have a creative and artistic mind.
• Ability to transform ideas into complete projects
• Familiarity and understanding of special effects and 3D composition.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
