Job Description:

• At Precious Peoples Assembly for All Nations, we exist to share the Gospel and raise Christ-centered leaders. We seek a passionate Video Editor & Content Creator to tell our story, capture God’s move, and inspire people through impactful content across services, events, and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce video content for worship experiences, testimonies, sermons, events, and social media.
• Capture live services and special events using cameras and other equipment.
• Design and edit digital assets (e.g., reels, Instagram posts, YouTube content, TikTok shorts, event promos).
• Collaborate with ministry leaders to bring creative ideas to life that resonate with youth, families, and the wider community.
• Stay updated on media, design, and social trends to keep church content fresh and engaging.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality content on tight timelines.
• Contribute creative input during brainstorming sessions and ministry planning meetings.
• Serve actively in church life, ensuring media content reflects the heart and vision of PPAfan.

Must-Haves

• Active participation in a local church (living out faith through service, generosity, and community).
• Strong passion for using media to share the Gospel and disciple the next generation.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Proficiency skills in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
• Strong storytelling ability with a good eye for visuals, sound, and pacing.
• Understanding of what works on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Know your way around Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma).
• Have strong layout and typography instincts, and you know how to make things pop.
• Have a portfolio has a mix of fun, bold, and engaging content.
• Ability to take initiative, think creatively, and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience creating content for churches, youth groups, or nonprofits.
• Skills in motion graphics and animation.
• Photography skills.
• Familiarity with live streaming setups.
• Understanding of youth culture, trends, and how to communicate faith effectively online.

Day-to-Day

• Work closely with the Media & Creative team to prepare content for weekly services.
• Capture and edit sermon highlights, testimonies, and event recaps.
• Support worship experiences on Sundays with media coverage and live recordings.
• Create content for upcoming programs, conferences, and outreach campaigns.
• Actively participate in spiritual growth, prayer, and community life at PPAfan.
