Job Summary

• The veterinary technician will provide exceptional delivery of premium service to pets: bathing, grooming and ensuring thorough cleaning of dog’s kennels, clinic, admission rooms, boarding rooms and the general premises of the organization.

Job Description

• Conduct grooming which includes: bath, ear & anal gland cleaning, nail clipping, fur brushing and hair cut for pets.
• Providing assistance to doctors as required in cases of restraint, drug administration and general cleaning.
• Overseeing de-matting and detangling dogs as required.
• Prepare, observe, monitor and feed dogs on boarding.
• Identify and communicate any pet health issue to the medical department and client.
• Recommending grooming techniques/products to client.
• Ensure all working equipment’s are thoroughly cleaned and sterilized after use.

Job Requirement

• OND/SSCE qualification.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to details
• Must be comfortable with pets.
• Ability to drive is a plus.

Remuneration

• Gross Monthly Salary: NGN180,000
• Accomodation is available.
