The veterinary technician will provide exceptional delivery of premium service to pets: bathing, grooming and ensuring thorough cleaning of dog’s kennels, clinic, admission rooms, boarding rooms and the general premises of the organization.
Job Description
Conduct grooming which includes: bath, ear & anal gland cleaning, nail clipping, fur brushing and hair cut for pets.
Providing assistance to doctors as required in cases of restraint, drug administration and general cleaning.
Overseeing de-matting and detangling dogs as required.
Prepare, observe, monitor and feed dogs on boarding.
Identify and communicate any pet health issue to the medical department and client.
Recommending grooming techniques/products to client.
Ensure all working equipment’s are thoroughly cleaned and sterilized after use.
