    Van Sales Representative

    Job Summary:

    • The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for selling and distributing the company’s Bottle Water products directly to retailers and customers using a company-assigned Van. The role focuses on achieving daily sales targets, expanding customer coverage, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers within assigned routes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sell and distribute bottled water products directly from the van to retail outlets and customers.
    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within assigned territories.
    • Develop and manage strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and on-the-go customers.
    • Identify and open new outlets to expand market coverage.
    • Ensure proper product handling, stacking, and freshness during distribution.
    • Collect payments, issue receipts, and remit sales proceed accurately and promptly.
    • Maintain accurate daily sales, stock, and route reports.
    • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
    • Ensure cleanliness and basic maintenance of the sales van.
    • Comply with company policies, safety standards, and traffic regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of OND/HND qualification in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in van sales or route-to-market sales (FMCG experience will be an advantage).
    • Valid driver’s license with good driving record of manual transmission Van.
    • Good knowledge of local routes and retail markets.
    • Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
