    Van Sales Representative

    Job Overview

    • As a Van Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products directly to customers through a mobile sales approach. You will operate a company van to deliver products, maintain relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales and Promotion:

    • Actively sell products to existing and potential customers through designated routes.
    • Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
    • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

    Inventory Management:

    • Maintain appropriate stock levels in the van.
    • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.

    Route Management:

    • Plan and execute efficient daily routes to maximize sales opportunities.
    • Ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
    • Submit daily sales reports to the Sales Manager.

    Compliance and Safety:

    • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
    • Ensure the van is well-maintained and presentable.

    Qualifications

    • HND, ND, Diploma, or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in van sales or direct sales.
    • strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

    What We Offer

    • Salary: N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
