    Van Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Van Sales Representative to drive product distribution and sales within assigned routes.
    • he ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent service delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive the company van to assigned routes to sell and distribute products to customers.
    • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within designated territories.
    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Ensure proper stock handling, inventory control, and accurate record-keeping.
    • Collect payments and issue receipts where necessary.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.
    • Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned vehicle.
    • Provide timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and route performance.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
    • Proven experience in van sales, field sales, or a similar role is an advantage.
    • Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
    • Good knowledge of local routes and markets.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills.
    • High level of integrity and accountability.
