Role Summary

• Drive sales performance using the sales van, achieve targets, expand retail coverage, and ensure effective product distribution within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive van sales and redistribute stock to retail outlets.
• Cover assigned routes and recruit new retail outlets daily.
• Achieve sales targets (SKU, value, and territory).
• Introduce and promote products to customers.
• Submit daily DRAR sales reports.
• Ensure proper van use, fuel management, and cost control.

Requirements

• ND / NCE qualification
• Minimum of 2 years sales/van sales experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong selling, negotiation, and customer management skills
• Ability to work independently.
