UX Designer Figma at 1840 & Company

• We are looking for a UX designer/ Figma in a variety of areas including front-end web development and mobile development. Responsible for the maintenance and development of the applications including internal sites and portals, dashboards, etc.

Rate paid in Naira 984,343 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, manage, build, and maintain the applications using UI/UX.
• Work closely as a project team to iterate on UI/UX designs.
• Creating artwork, Designing and developing logos, promotional materials, Branding, and Marketing design, and designing intuitive interfaces.
• Making revisions and adjustments to designs based on feedback.
• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Developing designs that align with a brand’s identity and meet the needs of clients and marketing teams.
• Responsive UI designs/layouts & graphics 
• Design UI/ layouts strategically to improve conversions. 
• Mastery of critical tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other common design and prototyping tools.
• Passionate about Design Thinking.
• Provide development and design on internal web applications
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Maintain a clear understanding of product strategy and work collaboratively with product managers to ensure proposed design concepts align against long-term goals.
• Making revisions and adjustments to designs based on feedback

Required Candidate profile

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, product designer, etc.
• Expertise in core UX disciplines including information architecture, interaction design, and application of design systems.
