Job Description

• Identify key users for products and conduct a GTM plan.
• Design and execute user operation plans for user activation or retention.
• Provide solid market & user understanding, identify growth opportunities, and optimize product design along with the cross-functional team.
• Identify key issues in user experience and changes in the marketplace, and provide recommendations to solve these issues.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• 3 - 7 years experience in user operation in the internet industry.
• Deep understanding of Nigerian. Capable of conducting operation plans independently.
• Excellent knowledge of user growth and MS office.
