User Operations Lead
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 - 7 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field ICT / Computer
Job Description
- Identify key users for products and conduct a GTM plan.
- Design and execute user operation plans for user activation or retention.
- Provide solid market & user understanding, identify growth opportunities, and optimize product design along with the cross-functional team.
- Identify key issues in user experience and changes in the marketplace, and provide recommendations to solve these issues.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- 3 - 7 years experience in user operation in the internet industry.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian. Capable of conducting operation plans independently.
- Excellent knowledge of user growth and MS office.
