User / Industry Researcher (Mid/Senior) at eTranzact

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and execute research studies using various methods like user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and A/B testing
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, pain points, and preferences.
• They also present data in an attractive easy to understand way
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to translate research findings into actionable recommendations and design improvements

Requirements

• Minimum Second Class Upper Honours Degree in a relevant field such as psychology, sociology, design, human-computer interaction, or statistics is preferred.
• 2-4 years proven experience in conducting user research in Agency Banking or financial inclusion is critical.
• Proficiency in various research methods, both qualitative (e.g., interviews, usability testing, focus groups) and quantitative (e.g., surveys, A/B testing), is essential.
