Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Partner Relations specialist to join our team. 
• This role will focus on managing and strengthening relationships with our educational institution partners while helping to expand our network of universities and colleges globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned educational institutions
• Onboard new university partners to the Univacity platform
• Keep program information and admission requirements updated
• Negotiate and maintain favorable commission structures
• Ensure compliance with partner agreements and requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner institutions
• Facilitate effective communication between partners and internal teams
• Track partner performance metrics and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, International Relations, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in account management, partner relations, or similar role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Understanding of international education landscape (preferred)
• Experience with contract management and compliance (preferred).
