• Scholarly publications, the link to Google Scholar, ORCID, SCOPUS and Research Gate (to be properly cited)
• Major conferences attended in the last five years with papers presented
• Present employment, status and salary;
• Service to national and international bodies
• Names and addresses of three (3) referees;
• Signature and date.

• The application should include candidate's statement of Vision and Mission for the University Library for the next five years in not more than 1,000 words;
• Referees should be contacted by each candidate to submit signed electronic copies of their report in PDF format to the same email address stated above, attesting to the academic and managerial abilities as well as moral character and uprightness of the candidate;
• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
• Shortlisted candidates will be requested to make themselves available for the interview with the Selection Committee of the Governing Council on a selected date and time.
