Unit Managers

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Insurance
- Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
Attaining the Unit’s business goals through quality recruitment and training of Financial Advisers

Report To: Agency Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- To recruit a team of Financial Advisers
- To ensure and maintain levels of productivity
- To develop various business segments
- To train Financial Planners
- To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations
Profile:
- Graduate with 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, BSC, HND
Critical Competencies:
- Good Communication and team building Skills
- Training and motivation capabilities
- Must have managed a team
- Measures of success: Achievement of sales targets and others parameters, retention of Financial Planners
