    Unit Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Recruit , train and retain sales officers
    • Ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed
    • Meet up with the monthly target given to the unit
    • Develop various business segments as per the sales strategy
    • Attend weekly and monthly meetings
    • Train Risk Advisors working
    • Uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations
    • Submit a proposal for presentation in order to reach out to both the public and private sectors.
    • Attend to your sales Team who required more details on the business

    Requirements:

    • Minimum academic qualification of OND
    • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in sales
    • Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
