    • The ideal candidate should possess B.sc / B.A , HND or OND
    • Minimum of 2 years prior experience in insurance sales is a MUST
    • CIIN Agency Certificate or NAICOM LICENCE is needed.
    • Ability to recruit, Build, Train, and motivate a team.
    • Must possess good Presentation and Communication skills
    • Required to be Ethical and Professional at all times.
