Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and provide the correct, path, trouble shooting or method for a positive customer experience.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field preferred.
• Basic computer skills, and experience with tracking and recording call information.

Required work experience:

• Three (3) years' previous experience in customer support, client service, sales, or a related field.
