UI / UX Instructor at Anettcom Technologies

Job Description

• We are seeking a passionate and experienced UI/UX Instructor to train and mentor students in modern user interface and user experience design practices.
• The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience in digital product design and the ability to teach core concepts such as user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and interaction design.

Responsibilities

• Teach fundamental and advanced UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
• Deliver practical training sessions.
• Train students on industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and other prototyping tools.
• Guide students through real-world design projects including research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Provide constructive feedback on student assignments and design work.
• Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and training resources.
• Evaluate student progress through assignments, and project reviews.
• Mentor students on building professional UI/UX portfolios.
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 1-2 years experience.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design or product design.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, usability principles, and design thinking.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex design concepts for learners.
• Experience teaching, mentoring, or conducting workshops is an advantage
