UI/UX Engineer at GVA Partners

Job Description

• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Conduct usability reviews and iterate based on feedback.
• Maintain and contribute to the design system. Proficiency in Figma.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behaviour
• Produce and illustrate high-quality UI/UX design ideas and solutions through wireframes, storyboards, visual & graphic designs, process flow diagrams, site maps and prototypes.
• Collaborating with the marketing team, internal and external designers, to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
• Facilitating gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Social Science, IT or Telecom background (Minimum 2:2)
• 4-15 years of Product design experience.
• Must have a strong portfolio
• Interface with multiple business functions and organizations, as well as multiple specialists, in defining, producing and managing plans for successful project delivery.
• Ability to lead/coordinate a cross-functional team, ensuring that projects meet defined scope, time, cost and quality constraints
